Marinated Tuna Steaks

This is one of the more simple recipe that uses only a few minutes to prepare.
For the marinade just take a few herbs (I took basil, chervil, garlic and chili), add olive oil and a twist of fresh pressed lemon juice, and mix it up in a food processor. Season it to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover both sides of the tuna with the marinade. Grill the tuna in a very hot pen (you don't need to add extra oil - the marinade does it well) from both sides (just one minute for each side).
Cover the pan and remove it from the hot plate. Wait for another ten minutes and your steaks are well done.
For aside I recommend either fries or rice, and a field salad with cherry tomatos and a simple dressing consisting of olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
